Position Overview:

The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our HR SaaS platform delivers a seamless and high-quality user experience by identifying issues, troubleshooting, and verifying fixes. This QA Engineer will collaborate with the engineering and product teams to execute testing, automate test processes, and maintain product integrity across releases

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Ensure test coverage for functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Conduct thorough manual testing across all platforms (web and mobile) to identify issues, inconsistencies, and bugs.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools.
• Implement continuous testing and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ensure test coverage for functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Conduct thorough manual testing across all platforms (web and mobile) to identify issues, inconsistencies, and bugs.
• Document and report bugs clearly and concisely, providing relevant details to aid in reproduction and resolution.
